Welcoming Summer at the Camp

This is the first trip to Cook and Pop's camp since it's officially summer, and what a fun trip it was!

Fun for Kids, Frightening for Mommy!

I think I did pretty okay at keeping the worry-wart in me calm when I really just wanted to FREAK out at the thought of my little girls doing this. They had a blast, and I finally calmed down and realized my girls aren't little bitty babies and can handle doing this with Daddy and Pop. I think their giggles and squeals could've been heard a mile away!

Bigger and Better

Curran grew and changed a lot in the few months since our last camp trip, and he was able to do so much more and have a really fun time during our stay this time.

Noon on Friday

As if playing hard at the lake all day isn't exhausting enough, Thursday night after the babies went to bed we started a Monopoly game with Ramsey and Maren that didn't end until 3:30 am. It was great fun. Unfortunately, Mom and Dad and Cook and Pop didn't get the luxury of sleeping until noon, though. ;)

Happy as a Clam

Alaire spent many fun hours in the blow-up pool in a nice shady spot. Sometimes Mommy and Curran joined her!

Making a Splash

The girls got to play in the lake for the first time during this trip to the camp. The water was warm, and the girls never tired of jumping in over and over and over again!

Mommy played manicurist last night! Having daughters is way too much fun, I highly recommend it. ;)

well she picked out her lovely ensemble herself then had a little help getting into it (along with Maren's shoes). Then she helped herself to a little brownie batter. :)
