Fresh Figs, Anyone?
We eagerly look forward to late June and early July when our nice, lush fig tree begins to explode with its yummy sweet fruit! And we are actually enjoying them a little earlier than usual. All the girls just love them, and we all go out and climb around in the tree each day collecting a bowl full of the ripest ones. This morning Alaire was asking for figs already at 9:00 am!

Johnette Downing is our most favorite children's performer! We absolutely do not miss a show when she's in town! This morning we had a ball dancing, singing, and wiggling to her catchy tunes, and she even posed for a picture with the girls at the end of the performance!
